·         Items must be returned within 03 days of the delivery date.

·         Jewelry must be unused, unworn, washed or damaged and in its original condition.

·         The product is in its original condition, including labels, tags, and packaging.

·         Custom or personalized jewelry are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

2.       Prepare the Package: Safely pack the jewelry, including all original components, and ensure the Return no number is clearly written on the outside of the package.

·         Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

·         If the item is deemed damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or deny the return.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
